Acanthus is probably one of my favorite designs I created. The base drawing is by architect Julia Morgan for Hearst Castle. In this design we have three different color variations from different print runs we’ve included photos from each and matched sets by number. All the designs are for 22 inch finished pillows. For color variation description see the bottom of this description. The backing fabric and piping in this kit are a gorgeous Italian woven Dupioni silk in a copper gold. Kit includes an invisible zipper. Sold in pairs or as singles by number.

The pillow faces are printed with the corners tapered in to avoid puppy ears, use a 1/2 inch seam allowance around all sides. If they look a bit squiggly it’s really hard to lay silk down flat and perfectly square its just the photo.

Additional kits are at most $2 more. For orders with multiple kits we ship rolled in a mailing tube USPS or UPS at approximately $18.90 or less depending on your distance from California.

Pillow Kit - Color 1 - Sold as a set only. This set is printed with a pale yellow background and a defined central area.

Pillow Kit - Color 2 - Sold as a set only. This set is printed in a pale yellow background lighter than 1&2 with a softer toned central area.

Pillow Color 3 - Can be purchased individually. They are all from the same print lot. Color is a bit bolder, lemony leaves are more green than gray green.

Pillow Color 4 - Most vibrant, background color leans more towards a Meyer Lemon.
